At St Mina Children's Home, we aim to nurture the skills and talents of our children so they can build life- skills for the future. We do this by providing different opportunities to explore different hobbies and see what they like and how they can use this to earn more allowance and prepare for their future. Our children enjoy cooking, baking, arts and craft, jewellery-making, resin art, hair-braiding, tie dye, guitar, singing, screen printing, painting, graphic design and more... Our older youth are invited to set up stalls at different resorts where they take some of their hand-made products to sell them. Alongside utilising their talents, they are also able to build their social, entrepreneurial, marketing and financial skills at these markets. We welcome partners who wish to support underprivileged youth across Fiji to become more empowered to get themselves out of the poverty cycle and take ownership of their future.
